About Me

I started a blog last year with the intention of summarizing in 137 words -a nod to my fave numbers- my own take on the general scene. Said little about my old job when I could have said a lot (much more!); I shared art and small details of myself without saying who I am, like that time I wrote about haircare because I bleached my own, for the lack of once, twice or like when I wrote on several occasions about the expectations that society (and us) puts on our shoulders. I shared bouquets!! Beautiful flowers and my favorite quotes. I talked about celebrities and their outfits while tiptoeing about the marketing strategies that are used in the field (because I already develop them in depth in my second blog). I shared The Little Prince's and Van Gogh's nights too many times. What the… Did I even refer an ex?! It's funny that I mentioned Michael Keaton back then (no, obviously he is NOT my ex) and his Beatlejuice when I'm now about to finish my third book on Tim Burton. Made several references about considering launching my project to explore my creativity and how happy that would make me, I'll highlight this that I wrote: "I have fantasized about giving free rein to something more artistic, but I keep trusting that someone will hire me and that dream remains a “playful thought” in the back of my head." The good news is that finally, this year I made myself a space where I can exhibit my creations, art or what name you prefer to call it, where I can grow at my own pace and be able to share it with whoever wants to take a sneak peek, this is Mrs. Bun’s. You are most invited to join and accompany me on this journey. Of course, this blog (también en español) will continue to carry on with life, too.
